Our most needed items are personal hygiene kits, comfortable clothing & shoes, socks, underwear, outdoor gear, backpacks, and luggage.
In 2023, we hosted 7,143 shopping visits and distributed 13,383 emergency outfits!
Donation Hours
Drop-off donations are welcome on Tuesdays and Thursdays, anytime between 1-4 pm. If these times do not work for you or you have questions please email info@rosehaven.org or call 503-248-6364 X 0309.
Drop-off Location
We are located at 1740 Northwest Glisan Street Portland, OR 97209. Ring the doorbell at the metal donation door located on Glisan Street, next to the rose mural. Please do not leave donations at the door unattended.
We can accept 2 bags of clean, seasonal clothing per donor. Thank you for your understanding!

Is it ready to wear?
Our guests often wear the clothing they receive right out the door! This means it’s important to inspect your items carefully, as we don’t have the ability to clean or repair clothing.
Is it in season?
We distribute items that are weather appropriate and we have limited storage space for out of season items.
We Cannot Accept
Clothing with holes, rips, stains, pilling or pet hair
Clothing with broken zippers or missing buttons
Used socks and underwear
Used tights and pantyhose
Opened and used hygiene products and make-up
Medication and supplements
Used toys and stuffed animals
Cribs, playpens & car seats
Mattresses and pillows
Furniture
Large appliances (dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.)

As the weather gets cooler, being able to supply our houseless neighbors with tents, waterproof gear, coats, and sleeping bags can make a huge difference in their well-being.
