Donate Mindfully

To help us quickly sort and distribute goods, please keep these guidelines in mind. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Is it ready to wear?
Our guests often wear the clothing they receive right out the door! This means it’s important to inspect your items carefully, as we don’t have the ability to clean or repair clothing.

Is it in season?
We distribute items that are weather appropriate and we have limited storage space for out of season items.

We cannot accept
Clothing with holes, rips, stains, pilling or pet hair
Clothing with broken zippers or missing buttons
Used socks and underwear
Used tights and pantyhose
Opened and used hygiene products and make-up
Medication and supplements
Used toys and stuffed animals
Cribs, playpens & car seats
Mattresses and pillows
Large appliances (dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.)

For items we cannot accept, please consider posting on FREEYA!

Winter Coat Drive

As the weather gets cooler, being able to supply our houseless neighbors with tents, waterproof gear, coats, and sleeping bags can make a huge difference in their well-being.

Last year, we distributed hundreds of coats to support our houseless neighbors during the cold and rainy winter.

This is only possible with your donations!

Have questions?

Please contact or 503-248-6364 x 0309 if you have questions or need to make an appointment outside of our regular donation hours.
