Launder Your Clothes… and Have a Cup of Tea Too

Rose Haven offers a safe and dignified place to do laundry, and we provide all the detergent thanks to community donations. We recently expanded and have 4 washers and 4 dryers available for our guests. 

Laundry Service Agreement

Sign-ups for laundry will be available at the Hospitality Desk and is on a first come first serve basis. A guest may do 1 load of laundry once per week. To use the laundry facilities, guests will agree to abide by the following rules:

• To the best of my knowledge, I do not have lice or bed bugs.
• I agree to check pockets and only place items in the machines that are washer and dryer safe.
• I understand that my items must fit in the basket provided to not overload the machines.
• I understand I can load only clothing into the washer
• I understand that volunteers are unable to touch my items and I must transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer myself.
• I understand my laundry must be in the machine by 10am during morning services, and by 2pm during afternoon services.
• I am responsible for getting my laundry done within service hours and understand all items must be removed by the end of our service day.
• I understand that any items left overnight will be disposed of.
• I understand that Rose Haven is not responsible for any damaged or lost items that occur as a result of using the laundry program.

Any violation of the rules may result in a break from using the laundry facilities. Repeated violations may result in a permanent exclusion from the laundry program.
